SHIPPING + RETURNS

We’ve got you covered! Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, and what to do if something goes wrong with your Closet Tease order.


PROCESSING TIME
All physical items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). This is the time it takes us to create, pack, and ship your order.


SHIPPING TIMES (U.S. ORDERS)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (depending on availability)
Total delivery time = processing + shipping.


SHIPPING CARRIER
We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by country and customs clearance.
Please allow 10–21 business days for international orders to arrive.
Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


TRACKING INFORMATION
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital items (affirmations, journals, printables) are delivered instantly to the email address used at checkout.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Email us at hello@closettease.com and we’ll resend it.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items or discounted purchases

  • Digital downloads

We want you to be happy with your order, so please double-check size guides and product details before completing your purchase.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to hello@closettease.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Closet Tease is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Shipping delays due to carrier or weather

We’ll gladly help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
