ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order's arrival date.

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. 

If we have made a mistake, please email info@closettease.com we will require a picture of the issue and the quality control card in the packaging in order to proceed with fixing the mistake. 

Merchandise must be in unused condition. Refunds are provided in the form of store credit.If product was discounted you will only receive the difference.

Shipping 

Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days. Standard shipping time can be up to 10-21 business days after order leaves our facility. UPS Priority order processing time is 2-5 business days.UPS Priority shipping time can is approx. 3-5 business days after order leaves our facility. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.
